Sizzling Platter LLC, a franchisee of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc., will open its fifth Utah Red Robin restaurant at 11 a.m. July 9 at 11615 S. District Main Drive in South Jordan.
The 6,330-square-foot restaurant will seat 214 guests, with additional seating on the patio.
Sizzling Platter owns and operates four other Red Robin restaurants in Layton, Murray, Provo and West Valley City.
