Crews begin cleaning up rocks and gravel that spilled onto I-15 when a truck crashed at about 2300 North in North Salt Lake Friday morning. "There was an electrical malfunction (in the truck) and that's what caused it to open and spill its load," Utah Highway Patrol trooper Cameron Roden said. The freeway's southbound lanes were closed for several hours and a trailing car lost control and hit the barrier. The driver wasn't seriously hurt. UHP said the truck driver was cited for having an overweight load.
