Weber State added three new members and shuffled of to the football coaching staff for the 2009 season.
Taking over as the defensive line coach will be Inoke Breckterfield. Former BYU quarterback Jason Beck takes over as the quarterbacks coach while former University of Utah and NFL star, Andre Dyson comes to coach the defensive cornerbacks.
McBride also announced that offensive line coach Don Eck will assume the duties of assistant head coach and offensive coordinator. Jake Cookus and Colton Swan have been named co-defensive coordinators. Cookus, who coached cornerbacks the past four seasons, will now handle the safeties. Swan has been coaching the safeties and now moves over to coach the linebackers.
