I would like to commend Reps. Gibson and Jenkins for sponsoring HJR12, a resolution that would put a hold on spending billions of dollars on curbing CO2.
A couple of "scientists" — actually assistant professors — who are not atmospheric experts are demanding that their objections should be heard above all others and the Deseret News gives them front page attention (March 15). As usual, they claim the science is settled.
This whole issue of man-made global warming has become more political than scientific.
