LAYTON — Brick Oven, one of the oldest restaurants in Utah, will expand to a new location in Layton at 1508 N. Woodland Park Drive.
The company recently spent close to $1 million to remodel a former Tony Roma's restaurant building that had been sitting empty for some time. The restaurant, which can hold 160 seats, is expected to open in October.
The restaurant will employ more than 100 people and is seeking applications from job-hunters. For more information, call 801-461-5048.
