46, of Phoenix, AZ, transitioned peacefully on January 6, 2011. Memorial services will be held at the home, 1817 N. Mitchell St. Phoenix, AZ. 85006 on Friday January 14, 2011 at 12:15 p.m. Loving survivors include his life partner Cesar, family in Salt Lake City and many friends. Scott will be greatly missed by all those who have been blessed by knowing him.
