MEDELLIN, Colombia — On the strength of its 4-1 victory on Saturday over France, host country Colombia can count itself among the favorites after the second day of the Under-20 World Cup.

Luis Muriel scored twice for the South Americans in the Group A match as the French seemed to fade playing at 2,600 meters (8,600 feet) in Bogota, the Colombian capital.

South Korea also looks like a force in Group A after a 2-0 victory over Mali.
