William (Bill) Oliver Wilbur Jr1932 ~ 2013William (Bill) Oliver Wilbur Jr, 80, returned to his Heavenly Fathers presence on Wednesday July 31, 2013, in Central, Utah with his wife by his side. Bill was born September 15, 1932 in Williams, California to William Oliver Sr. and Linnie Elizabeth Bruner Wilbur. He married Delores (Dee) Banks on January 1, 1978 in Ely, Nevada, in the police station. He is survived by his wife, Dee of Central, Utah; his sons Cade Lynn (Brittany), Salt Lake City; William A. (Cheryl), Mesquite, NV; Dan, CA; Gerry (Lois), San Diego, CA; Michael, CA; Mathew, CA; and daughter Lisa. Brothers-in-Law Richard Banks (Susan), Cedar City; Glen Banks (Gina), Enoch, UT and Sister in-Law Julia Rae Alger (Jerry), Cedar City, Utah. Bill has 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was an only child. Preceded in death by his parents; and in-laws Dick and LaPrele Banks; daughter Patti Lynn and daughter Laurie Raquel. Funeral Services will be Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Santa Clara Heights LDS Stake Center at 1706 Desert Dawn Drive, Santa Clara, Utah.A viewing will be held, Friday August 2nd from 6-8 p.m. at the Stake Center and again prior to services on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow services in the Enterprise, Utah Cemetery.
