SALT LAKE CITY — Another Millsap is reportedly on his way to the Jazz.

Guard Elijah Millsap, the younger brother of former Jazzman Paul Millsap, has been called up from the D-league by the Jazz and is set to join Utah Monday on a 10-day contract, the Utah Jazz said in a Monday morning news release.

Millsap is averaging 20.6 points, 8.2 rebounds and 5.2 assists on the season playing with Bakersfield.

To make room for Millsap, the Jazz announced Sunday they have waived guard Toure’ Murry.

Millsap’s signing comes on the heels of recent injuries to guards Alec Burks, Rodney Hood and Patrick Christopher.
