The Utah Falconz women's football team traveled to Reno to play the Nevada Storm in the Falconz's third game of the 2015 season, winning with a final score of 60-0.

The Falconz demonstrated the talent depth of their roster by the number of athletes scoring. Running back Keeshya Cox dominated with 69-yard and 21-yard touchdown runs along with a 23-yard pass touchdown. Quarterback Louise Bean threw two touchdown passes, Emmy Raney ran a 60-yard receiving touchdown and Veronica Siqueiros completed a 50-yard rushing touchdown. In addition, Kayla Bruner, Memory Ware, Sara Galica and Lyndi Prestgard each scored rushing touchdowns. Shannon Gebbia and Memory Ware both ran 2-point conversions.

The Falconz Defense came in force, not giving up a single point. Combined, there were eight tackles for a loss. Renica Iese, Tina Tela, Shannon Gebbia and Sam Taylor each sacked the opposing quarterback. Additionally, Iese forced a Storm fumble and Kelly Colobella recovered a separate Storm fumble to gain the ball. Lorette Cooper recovered a Falconz kickoff to keep the ball in Falconz's hands while Lexie Floor intercepted a Storm ball to turn it back over to Utah.

The Falconz play in the IWFL and remain undefeated having a perfect record of 3-0 with a season-wide total of 149-12. You can check out a Utah Falconz home game at Mountain View High School in Orem on Saturday May 9. Kickoff is 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 for ages 11 and up, $8 for seniors and veterans, children10 and under are free. A portion of proceeds are donated to the Mascot Miracles Foundation.
