LDS musician and Utah resident Alex Boye will once again be featured on NBC's "America's Got Talent."

Boye will appear on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. MDT in the show's last round of judge cuts, in which seven acts will be selected to move on to the next round.

Boye originally wowed the judges with his band's high-energy performance of Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off" during the show's auditions that aired in June, leading judge Howie Mandel to give him high praise.

“I’ve got to be honest with you — in my six years here, this is my favorite music act ever," Mandel said. "It really is!”

Following Boye's audition, he explained that his goal while on the show is to simply make an impression.

"My plan was to perform in a way that would not be easily forgotten," Boye told the Deseret News in an email.

If selected to move on, Boye and his band's next appearance will be a live performance at Radio City.
