BYU may have lost another heart-breaker this season, but the Cougars may have picked up a few new friends in West Virginia.
Boney Fuller's Twitter account (@boneyfuller) is well-known for ribbing BYU's opponents in the week leading up to the game. This week was no different as he put together this video parody of a West Virginia travel video:
The funniest thing is that many West Virginia fans enjoyed Fuller's video.
Michael Miller of SB Nation's The Smoking Musket wrote an article supporting BYU as a potential Big 12 member. One of the first things Miller points to in his article is Fuller's video.
"Yes, they fall back on the typical 'West Virginia hillbilly' stereotypes sometimes, but they’ve managed to take the malicious intent that usually accompanies it out of it. I mean, I’m sorry, if you can’t laugh at this video then you need to relax a little and not take things so seriously," Miller wrote.
