George Jedenoff is a legend when it comes to the slopes.

Jedenoff is 99 years old, and he continues to ski all throughout Utah. According to Ski Utah, he’s ridden the slopes for the last 57 years.

“We hit some wonderful powder today especially. When you ski powder, you either float through it easily or you get tired,” he said in a Ski Utah video. “You get tired when you’re not skiing right. Well, I hate to admit it, but I got tired. But I really love the powder especially. It’s so much fun.”

Jedenoff’s reputation made headlines the last two years, too, as Ski Utah produced minidocumentaries about the Utah skier for his 95th, 96th, 97th and 98th years on Earth.

You may be asking yourself how a 99-year-old man can still ski like he does. He told The Telegraph that staying young isn’t so hard.

"It's just not eating too much, and getting enough sleep, and maintaining moderations in what you do," he said, according to The Telegraph.

He also said people can still accomplish their goals and live out their dreams no matter how old they are, The Telegraph reported.

"Age is just a number,” he said. “Forget about the number and live every day which you got and you gonna' last longer."
