Nick Rimando: 8

Rimando registered his 130th career shutout by making three tough saves, including one on a penalty kick by Sebastian Giovinco.

Chris Wingert: 6

Wingert had no miscues of mention but was hardly noticeable on the field.

Chris Schuler: 7

Schuler played tough defense on U.S. National Team mainstay Jozy Altidore, was given a yellow card.

David Horst: 6

Horst didn’t have a misplay of mention and cleared the ball at a critical junction of the game.

Tony Beltran: 7

Beltran played well on his side of the field, winning duels and sending crosses into scoring position.

Kyle Beckerman: 6.5

Real Salt Lake’s captain played a solid game and flicked a nice lob to Plata, who aired it just over the crossbar.

Sunday Stephen: 7

Sunday played hard-nosed defense in the middle of the field, making several crucial tackles, but did receive a yellow card.

Joao Plata: 6.5

Nearly netted what would have been the only goal of the game on a feed from Beckerman.

Albert Rusnak: 7

Rusnak made several key passes and created multiple attacking chances in his first game for RSL.

Jordan Allen: 6.5

Allen was all hustle, especially getting back on defense and making big tackles to maintain RSL’s possession.

Yura Movsisyan: 7

Movsisyan’s good passing led to several opportunities for his teammates as he was all over the offensive attack.

Entered the game in the 69th minute for Movsisyan and provided a spark off the bench with a shot on target.
