Already known for having one of the stronger front offices in the NBA, the Utah Jazz are reportedly going to get even better in that department by hiring some familiar faces.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported Friday evening that the Jazz are set to bring back former assistant general manager Justin Zanik, and they'll also be adding former Indiana Pacers general manager David Morway after he has had some recent involvement with the organization.

It's been an interesting year for Zanik. Following a nearly three-year stint in Utah, he left in May of 2016 to become the Milwaukee Bucks' assistant general manager, and it was widely reported that he was the GM-in-waiting under John Hammond.

Hammond left the Bucks during the spring to become the general manager of the Orlando Magic, but instead of replacing him with Zanik, Milwaukee went through a long hiring process and instead opted for Jon Horst.

Now, Zanik will be reunited with Jazz general manager Dennis Lindsey. Utah never filled the assistant general manager position after Zanik left.

Morway will reportedly be hired after having involvement with Utah’s front office over the last year in a consulting role. Ironically, his last job in the NBA was as the Bucks’ assistant GM, but he was not retained in 2015.

He was the Indiana Pacers’ general manager from 2008-2012.

The exact roles Zanik and Morway will assume are not clear at this time.
