SALT LAKE CITY — The third challenge for “14 Days of Fortnite” requires you to, well, have some friends.
What happened: Epic Games announced a new event in the “Fortnite” game called “14 Days of Fortnite,” which will unlock a new challenge every day for gamers, who will win exclusive prizes that have a holiday theme.
Day 3: For the third day, the challenge asks you to play three matches with a friend. Easy.
Prize: The prize is a snowball toy, which you can use to throw at other players in the game, according to Fortnite Insider.
LTMs: The game will add a pair of Limited Time Modes, according to ComicBook.com, including:
- Team Terror — Two massive teams face off against each other with "Cube Monsters" lurking around.
- Barebones — Good luck surviving this one. The map, compass, storm timer and other elements seen in the game will be turned off.
