Fox News — Danger of ‘Lone-wolf’ attacks

On the “Ingraham Angle” Monday night, Laura Ingraham spoke to Hamas attack survivor Natalie Sanandaji on what it was like returning to the United States.

Sanandaji spent hours escaping the Hamas attack at the Nova music festival in Israel a little over two weeks ago.

Ingraham asked Sanandaji what she thought of the thousands of protestors in the streets around the U.S. — “People who truly believe Hamas is getting a bad wrap. They’re freedom fighters. ... Given what you’ve been through, what’s your takeaway?”

Sanandaji, a New York native, said, “To see all these protests and to see people calling for the genocide of the Jews and to see so many misinformed people in the streets thinking that Hamas is for the Palestinian people (or) Hamas’ agenda is to free Palestine, it makes me sad and honestly a little scared.”

Ingraham then asked why it was that Sanandaji previously said she felt safer in Israel than she does in the U.S.

Sanandaji said that although she went through a traumatic experience in Israel, “I fear the lone-wolf attacks that are happening here,” Sanandaji said. “I don't feel that enough people are taking these protests and these lone-wolf attacks seriously.”

She added, “Part of the reason why I feel unsafe is because I’m seeing a lot of patterns that we saw before the Holocaust. Part of what happened before the Holocaust was a lot of fake news and propaganda against the Jews, and I’m seeing that today as well.”
