Charles is the Managing Partner of Kuck Baxter LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a former National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has testified before Congress on immigration law. Charles graduated from Brigham Young University with his undergraduate degree and graduated from Arizona State University with a law degree.
