Reports are circling through Bachelor Nation that Tayshia Adams is going to take Clare Crawley’s spot as the bachelorette on the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette” — so what happened to Clare?

Filming for Crawley’s season was supposed to start early this year but due to the coronavirus pandemic, it was postponed.

After a period of waiting and quarantine, filming for “The Bachelorette” began under lockdown a few weeks ago, according to Entertainment Tonight.

But just after 12 days of filming it was reported that Crawley wanted to quit, saying she had “already fallen in love.”

“She told producers she no longer wanted to participate in the show,” according to Life & Style magazine, after Crawley supposedly formed a connection with one of the contestants, Dale Moss.

According to Cosmopolitan, there was speculation that before filming started, during the four-month quarantine period, Crawley and Moss formed a connection.

“Producers are scrambling to figure out what to do. They are frantic trying to pick up the pieces without having to start over completely,” an insider told Life & Style, after Crawley “refused to come out of her room” when it came to filming.

Reports have said Adams is currently on the “Bachelor” set but nothing has been confirmed on if Crawley has left or if production will be changing mid-season.

Reality Steve, known for covering news concerning “The Bachelor,” tweeted a Reddit post saying, “I think there is some serious validity to it based on what I’m hearing now.”
