Guy Fieri’s famous dishes can be delivered to your front door through the chef’s new ghost kitchen restaurant chain.

What’s going on

  • Guy Fieri launched a new delivery-only ghost kitchen restaurant chain called Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen that, as its website states, offers customers “all of Flavortown’s favorites ... straight to (their) doorstep.”
  • The new restaurant is the latest entrant in a series of ghost kitchen restaurants that have launched since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, like the popular YouTuber MrBeast’s new chain MrBeast Burger.
  • According to Fox News, Fieri’s chain is a partnership between the chef and Robert Earl of Earl Enterprises, who previously collaborated with Fieri on his Chicken Guy chain.
  • Similar to other ghost kitchens, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen is preparing its orders out of Earl Enterprises-owned locations like Bertucci’s, Brio Italian Grille and Buca di Beppo, according to Restaurant Businesses.
  • Food & Wine reports that Fieri also partnered up with Virtual Dining Concepts, a business that specializes in helping restaurateurs launch delivery-only businesses, to help run the new venture.

What’s on the menu

The menu at Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen is small, with just 19 items in total according to Food & Wine. Some highlights include (with descriptions from the restaurant’s website):

  • Jalapeño Pig Poppers: “Bacon-wrapped, fire-roasted jalapeños, stuffed with andouille, pimento cream cheese, glazed in Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ sauce.”
  • Bacon Mac N Cheese Burger: “80/20 ground beef, SMC (super melty cheese), mac n cheese, bacon, LTOP, crispy onions, Donkey sauce, garlic buttered brioche.”
