I recently read online “50 reasons to oppose fluoridation” by Paul Connett, which gives reasons to rethink the value of adding fluoride to water. The voting public was sadly uninformed and fell victim to a misinformation campaign when it became a ballot issue years ago when web searching was not yet possible.
The chemicals used to fluoridate water are not pharmaceutical grade, instead they largely come from the wet scrubbing systems of the phosphate fertilizer industry. Fluorosilicic acid is a hazardous waste which was difficult to dispose of, that problem being solved by scamming municipalities into dumping it into drinking water. This amounts to a form of water pollution being imposed upon a trusting public.
We all have a drinking problem. I encourage others to get educated on the dangers of fluoride and to contact their representatives to begin inquiry into the matter.
