I recently flew into Salt Lake City. It took a complete hour from the time the plane landed until I was able to reach my pickup party.

Most airports this size have transportation from one gate to another, but not this one. I had no idea the airport had become so large, and thus it did not occur to me I would need help; help that I could not find.

Had I known what a disaster this place was, this 88-year-old would have given several second thoughts to landing there. On return, my grandson had the foresight to get me a wheelchair, but I had no idea on my arrival that I needed one. Hopefully, the entity in charge of this will figure out how to make this a more enjoyable place to come.
