"The last straw was tonight when he missed the entire game," said Stan Kasten, president and general manager of the Hawks, following Atlanta's 123-113 victory over the Sacramento Kings Tuesday night."He was here before the game and decided to leave before the game," Kasten said. "He was warned that if he was late for this game he would be suspended. He chose not to come at all. This is the last instance of what has been a series of misbehavior."
