HEBER CITY-Lila Wright Broadhead McGuire, 85, died January 13, 1990 in Richfield, Utah.
Born September 29, 1904 in Charleston, Utah to Owen Uriah and Eliza Matilda Casper Wright. Married Harold Golden Broadhead, December 14, 1923, in Duchesne, Utah. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. He died November 23, 1926. Married Orson McGuire August 20, 1930 in the Salt Lake Temple. He died April 19, 1967. She served for many years in various church callings, Relief Society, Primary and YWMIA. Served as a Relief Society Visiting Teacher until June of 1988.Survived by children, Harold D. Broadhead, Bountiful; Mrs. George (Della) Webb, Heber City; Mrs. LaVon (Colleen) Simmons, Chandler, Arizona; Mrs. James (Doris) Mountford, St. George; Mrs. Fred (Lola) Warr, Richfield; Mrs. Steve (Linda) Barnard, Idaho Falls, Idaho; Karl J. McGuire, Salt Lake City; 29 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Mrs. Leona Sexton, Manila; Mrs. Van (Merle) Killian, Filmore; Mrs. Freda Zufelt, Heber City; Earl Wright, Duchesne; Wells Wright, Brigham City; Mrs. Edna Stewart, Ogden; Mrs. Glen (Elma) Clark, Bountiful.
Funeral services Thursday, 1 p.m., at the Heber 1st Ward Chapel. Friends may call at Olpin Mortuary Wednesday, 7-9 p.m., and Thursday, at the church, one hour prior to services. Burial Heber City Cemetery.
