Gary Cooper Markland, age 34, passed away November 19, 1991 of cancer at the home of his parents, Jan and Stan Markland.
Born June 30, 1957 in Casper, Wyoming. Graduated from Bingham High School and attended U of U. Served on LDS mission in Brussels, Belgium. Employed in medical field for 13 years. Worked for Scottsdale Dialysis Center in Phoenix, Arizona as a Dialysis Technician.Survived by parents, brothers, Steven Markland, Bakersfield, Calif.; Rod Markland and wife, Lori; sister, Mrs. Leo (Pat) Carroll, all of West Valley City; grandmothers, Ruby Markland, Pleasant Grove; Elsie Kunkle, Hemet, Calif.; special grandmother,
Virginia Kunkle, Greybull, Wyo.; two nephews, Mitch and Bob; one niece, Jessica. Preceded in death by grandfathers, Forrest Markland, Harold Kunkle, aunt, Jeannie White.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 22, 1991, 2 p.m., at Taylorsville 27th Ward, 2975 West 4270 South. Friends may call Thursday, Nov. 21, 1991, 5-8 p.m. at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and Friday at the church one hour prior to services. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
