Rick Springer, 41, pleaded guilty Thursday to a misdemeanor federal charge of interfering with the Secret Service. Felony charges of assault and resisting officers were dropped. Reagan was unhurt.Springer faces sentencing on Jan. 22. State charges of malicious destruction of property are still pending.
