Raymond M. Rossborough Sr. passed away December 21, 1993 at 91 from complications due to his age.

Born July 23, 1902 in Groveville, Maine. He was the youngest surviving World War I Veteran of Utah. Also the commandant of the World War I Barracks #1479 until it was disbanded. His wife of 61 years preceded him in death in 1982. He was a high priest in the LDS Midvale 1st Ward.Survivors: Evelyn Emerson (Lewis) of Zepherhills, Florida; Eunice Wallace (Clinton), Alice Cody (Harold, deceased), all of Midvale; Raymond Jr., Vero Beach, Flor.; and Everett (Shorty), of Midvale; Hod (Bertha, deceased); six generations of grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 28, 1993 at 2 p.m. at Lake Hills Memorial Mortuary, 10055 South State Street, Sandy, Utah, where friends may call on Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to services. Interment: Lake Hills Memorial Park. Funeral directors: Lake Hills Mortuary.
