A solution to Weber State University sports financing problems, and all other schools as well:

To start with, someone goes out to high schools to recruit the athletes. The person recruited gets subsistence, such as room and board, top notch tutoring, etc.If he becomes a star player and could become a high-salaried professional, he may leave before his recruiting obligation is met.

My solution: If this individual leaves school to receive a multimillion-dollar contract, bill him for his education, his training in sports and 10 percent of his salary, such as his agent receives.
