Emma Marie Kaster Peyton, age 74, passed away December 27, 1993.
She was born December 8, 1919 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Andrew Jacob and Mary Minnie Glendenning Kaster. Married Billy Derald Peyton, November 27, 1940 in Omaha, Nebraska, later solemnized in the Idaho LDS Temple, 1963.Marie was a member of the California Music Teacher's Assoc., church organist for 50 years, active member of the Centerville LDS 5th Ward, member of the Literature, Music and Art Club of Centerville, and former Relief Society president. She loved children and loved to teach children piano lessons.
She is survived by her husband, Bill of Centerville; and two children, Judy and (Tom) Maxfield, Boulder, Colorado; Ann and (Bruce) VanHorn, Bountiful; 13 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son, Scott Peyton and brother Forrest Kaster.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 30, at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cypress, California. Funeral Directors: Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary.
