Property Services Group Inc., Reston, Va., which administers Buyers Access, the nation's oldest and largest group purchasing organization in the multifamily industry, has opened a Western regional office at 5445 S. Highland Drive, and hired David O'Leary, formerly of Bellevue, Wash., as manager.
For the past 12 years, O'Leary has been executive vice president of Commonwealth Pacific Inc., where his responsibilities included property acquisitions, development, dispositions and financing.Buyers Access members are located throughout the United States with more than 400,000 apartment units participating in the program. By using the combined purchasing leverage of the members, Buyers Access negotiates favorable prices on products apartment communities purchase most frequently.
