Glen Boley Greenwood, 74, passed away peacefully December 28, 1993 at his home in American Fork.
He was born in this same home January 7, 1919, the son of Jacob LeRoy and Luella Boley Greenwood. He married Maxine Moyle February 14, 1941 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died March 25, 1993. Glen grew up in American Fork and graduated from American Fork High School. He served an LDS mission to the Eastern States Seaboard. He was a Veteran of World War II. An active member of the LDS Church, he served as bishop's counselor and ward clerk for several years. He was an Eagle Scout, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who supported all family activities.Survived by three sons and a daughter: John LeRoy Greenwood, Fremont, California; Glen Moyle Greenwood, Dale Max Greenwood, Glenda G. Robinson, all of American Fork; 20 grandchildren; two sisters; Fern G. Kelly, Salt Lake City; Melissa G. Robinson, American Fork. Preceded in death by two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday, 11 a.m. in the American Fork Stake Center, 240 South Center St. Friends may call at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, Sunday 5 to 7 p.m. and Monday at the church, one hour prior to services. Burial, American Fork Cemetery. Military Rites by VFW, District 4.
