Orem Mayor Stella Welsh will take the oath of office for a second term at noon on Monday in the City Council Chambers, 56 N. State St.

Elk Ridge: Mayor-elect Lynn M. Jacobson, council members Jim A. Nicolet and Scot Sessions and Fire Chief Mark Farr will take the oath of office Tuesday, Jan. 4, at 7 p.m. in the town council chambers.
Genola: Mayor-elect O. Robert Anderson and council members Bryan Kay Draper and Kaye Mindar will take the oath of office Thursday, Jan. 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers.
Highland: Mayor-elect Ed Scott and council members Richard R. Sudweeks and Marlin McKinney will be sworn into office during the City Council's Wednesday, Jan. 12, meeting.
Lehi: Mayor-elect Bill Gibbs and council members Reed Sunderland and Dee Ray Russon will take the oath of office Monday, Jan. 3, at 6 p.m. in the City Council chambers.
