Ruth B. Richards, 80, passed away December 29, 1993 in Salt Lake City.
Born August 30, 1913 in Ogden, Utah to Roswell C. and Inez Powell Belnap. Married Ralph Dewsnup; he was killed in World War II. Married Kent Richards on November 18, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ruth is a graduate of the University of Utah. She worked for KSL, and retired from the Salt Lake Board of Education. Recently, she has done volunteer work for the City and County Building, taking children on tours.Survived by: two grandchildren, Von and Kimberly; sister, Jane Leslie, Denver, Colo; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband, daughter, Linda Christine and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 3, 1994, at 11 a.m., Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, where friends may call Sunday evening 6-8 p.m. and 9:45-10:45 a.m. on Monday. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
