Country singer-actress K.T. Oslin said she went through menopausal depression last year that curtailed her career.
"I found out that I was completely disinterested in everything," Oslin, 51, said in an interview published Saturday in The Tennessean."Writing (songs) became something that I didn't even think about. I wasn't interested enough to even think of anything to write. I wouldn't take my mail. I wasn't interested in going to the movies."
She said she "joined the human race again" after she stopped taking doctor-prescribed hormones.
