The ads for "Naked Gun 331/3" were more than photographer Annie Leibovitz could bare. Leibovitz is suing Paramount Pictures, claiming it ripped off her 1991 Vanity Fair cover photo of a pregnant and naked Demi Moore - using the head of star Leslie Nielsen over the body of a pregnant model instead. The lawsuit, filed in New York Wednesday, seeks unspecified damages. Paramount says it did not reproduce the cover from the magazine but instead used "a specially commissioned photograph."
