A 6th District grand jury hearing has been scheduled in which residents may present evidence in secret of criminal activity or misconduct in public office. The district includes the counties of Sevier, Sanpete, Piute, Wayne, Garfield and Kane. Those wanting to testify must make an appointment by contacting court clerk Karla Johnson at 644-2458 at least one week prior to the hearing date.
When: Jan. 10, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Kane County Courthouse in Kanab.
