Michael Jenkins has joined the Salt Lake law firm Fabian & Clendenin as shareholder. He was formerly assistant vice president of the legal department of Pacificorp. James F. Wood has joined Fabian & Clendenin as an associate. He is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law and a certified public accountant. Robert Garda also has joined Fabian & Clendenin as an associate. He is a recent graduate of Duke University's School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from Duke. Kevin Moss has been appointed data products engineer at the Salt Lake regional headquarters of Electric Lightwave Inc. He was formerly an area network analyst with Intermountain Health Care. Kenneth Alton was named director of operations at Kaufman and Broad Home Corp., the largest home builder in the West. He was promoted from the company's San Diego division. John Laude was appointed vice president of land acquisitions and forward planning. He was promoted to land acquisitions manager at the company's division in Modesto, Calif.
