Foster, 35, cited irreconcilable differences as grounds for divorce from Mary Springs Scarborough Foster, 34. They have been married for 12 years.The divorce petition was filed Tuesday in Williamson County Chancery Court in Franklin, Tenn. Foster and former partner Bill Lloyd released three country albums in the late 1980s as the duo Foster & Lloyd. They had three top 10 singles, including "Crazy Over You" in 1987.
