Juab County commissioners signed a deed giving the old county building in Eureka to Eureka city.

The county will deed the property to the city upon condition that the county can still use the facility for needed county meetings such as the Board of Equalization meeting which is held annually. One of three meetings the commissioners hold is in Eureka.
