Florence Louise Kelley Billings was born in Ogden, Utah to Oscar William and Jessie McIntosh Kelley. She married Marvin Billings on June 12, 1929 in Salt Lake City. He died June 12, 1983.
She is survived by sons and daughters, Geraldine Eccles, Marilyn (Jay) Fellows, Edward M. (Karen) Billings, all of Salt Lake City; and G. Kelley (Marilyn) Billings, Clovis, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a sister, Mary Phyllis Barton and brother, George M. Kelley.She was a wonderful wife, mother and friend to all. We love you, Mother.
Graveside services will be held Friday, December 1, 1995, at 1 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Cemetery, 3401 Highland Dr. Funeral directors, Deseret Mortuary.
