Our dearly beloved mom, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, has returned home to be in peace with her Father-in-Heaven. She passed away early Tuesday morning, September 19, 1995, in Park City, Utah, a victim of domestic violence.

Born in Salt Lake City October 14, 1949 to La Mar Walton Coon and Shirley Evans Coon. Attended Indian Hills Elementary School (State Hop Scotch Champ), Hillside Jr. High School, Highland High School. "Patti" was a graduate of the University of Utah, where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority. She also was Miss Wool of Utah while in college. Patti was an agent for Jess Reid Real Estate, past president of Parley's Park PTA, a member of Park City Chamber of Commerce-Board of Directors, a member of Park City's Leadership 2000 Program.She is survived by her children, Emery Lee 13; and Michael Thomas 12; her parents, Shirley and La Mar Coon; brothers, Gregory Steven (Teresa) Coon, Scott La Mar Coon; a sister, Deborah Jean (Dean) Augustine; nephews, Joshua, Jordan, Jonathon, and Mathew; niece, Melony Augustine; and stepgrandmother, Faye Evans.

Married Marcel Chappuis, Salt Lake City 1971, later divorced; married John Blanchard, Newport Beach, California, later divorced.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 23rd, 12 noon, at Monument Park 11th Ward, 1565 So. Foothill Drive. Friends may call at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 East 1300 South, Friday, September 22nd, 6 to 8 p.m. and at the church the day of the service from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Gardens, 3401 South Highland Drive.
