Lawyers for former Beatle George Harrison and ex-Beatles manager Denis O'Brien, now living in Ladue, Mo., are battling it out in circuit court in Belleville, Ill., over millions of dollars Harrison claims is owed him by O'Brien in a breached agreement.

Earlier this year, Harrison won a $10.9 million judgment in California against O'Brien.Harrison's position is that he lost millions through O'Brien's mismanagement. O'Brien claims he helped Harrison earn tens of millions and mismanaged nothing.

Associate Judge Richard A. Aguirre is presiding over a hearing aimed at determining O'Brien's assets and what claim, if any, Harrison has on them.
