Howard L. Edwards, who recently retired as corporate secretary of Atlantic Richfield Co., has been appointed to the board of directors of Dynatronics Corp., 7030 Park Centre Drive, a company manufacturing medical devices and orthopedic soft goods for the physical-medicine market.

A graduate of the George Washington School of Law, Edwards was a partner in the Salt Lake law firm of VanCott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy. At ARCO he held numerous positions including vice president, secretary, treasurer and general attorney for the Anaconda Co., a division of ARCO.
