Former Kentucky Gov. John Y. Brown likes beauty queens. Once married to former Miss America Phyllis George, Brown will marry Jill Louise Roach at his Cave Hill farm in Lexington next weekend. Roach, 38, was crowned Mrs. Kentucky in 1988. It will be Brown's third marriage and Roach's second. Brown, 65, was governor from 1979 to 1983.
