TORONTO — Keon Clark had 12 of the Toronto Raptors' NBA record 23 blocked shots in a 112-86 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night.
Toronto broke the previous single-game record of 22 blocks set by New Jersey, against Denver, on Dec. 12, 1991.
Clark's 12 blocks surpassed this season's previous individual high of nine, accomplished five times. Elmore Smith of the Los Angeles Lakers set the NBA single-game record with 17 blocked shots against Portland on Oct. 28, 1973.
Clark, who had 10 blocks in the first half, broke Marcus Camby's franchise record of 11 blocks. Acquired in a trade from Denver on Jan. 12, Clark also had 13 points and eight rebounds.
Alvin Williams had 11 points, a career-high 14 assists and 10 rebounds for his first career triple-double.
Six Raptors reached double figures. Vince Carter scored 29, Morris Peterson 19 and Charles Oakley and Antonio Davis each had 10.
Alan Henderson scored 17 points for Atlanta, which lost its eighth straight road game and for the 14th time in 17 games overall.
PACERS 95, GRIZZLIES 75: Reserve Austin Croshere scored 17 points and led five Indiana players in double figures as the Pacers beat Vancouver for the 11th straight time.
NETS 95, KNICKS 86: Stephon Marbury scored 22 points to lead depleted New Jersey past similarly short-handed New York.
TIMBERWOLVES 101, NUGGETS 90: Kevin Garnett had 30 points, 15 rebounds and seven assists as Minnesota won its third straight overall and extended its home winning streak to a season-high seven games.
BUCKS 115, MAGIC 103: Glenn Robinson scored 26 points and Tim Thomas added 20 as Milwaukee moved 18 games above .500 for the first time in nearly 12 years.
BULLS 93, HORNETS 90 (OT):Ron Mercer scored 30 points and Elton Brand added 26 as Chicago broke its eight-game losing streak.
SUNS 84, 76ERS 71: Jason Kidd had his seventh triple-double of the season as Phoenix sent Philadelphia to its fifth consecutive loss.
LAKERS 104, WIZARDS 91: Shaquille O'Neal had 40 points, 17 rebounds and eight assists Friday night as the Los Angeles Lakers, playing without the injured Kobe Bryant, beat the Washington Wizards.
