Dallas-based eiStream Inc., a provider of business process management solutions, announced Wednesday that it had purchased electronic document management and workflow provider Lexign Inc. from Salt Lake-based Zions Bancorp.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lexign, which has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Zions, has its headquarters in Nashua, N.H. Its two key software products are Keyfile and Flow.

The company was founded in July 2001 with the merger of icomXpress, thinkXML and E-Lock Technologies. Lexign will continue to operate from its Nashua offices.
