Ray Romano & Co. sign off tonight in two prime-time and one late-night shows:

Everybody Loves Raymond: The Last Laugh (7 p.m., Ch. 2) is an hourlong, behind-the-scenes look at the production of the final episode. And highlights of previous episodes.

Everybody Loves Raymond (8 p.m., Ch. 2) is the the final, 30-minute episode.

Late Show with David Letterman (10:35 p.m., Ch. 2) features an appearance by Romano — who returns to where it all started. It was his 5 1/2-minute standup stint in 1995 that caught the host's attention, got Romano signed to a production deal with Letterman's Worldwide Pants and resulted in "Everybody Loves Raymond."
