Three teens have gained "public enemy" status with the Salt Lake Metro Gang Unit. One of the youths is wanted in connection with a high-profile homicide and has eluded police for months.

Moses Ellis, 17; James Sengpaseuth, 17; and 19-year-old Tony Sisouphanh were named Friday as the gang unit's top priority.

Ellis is believed to be the triggerman during a large gang fight in November at the Terrace Hills Park parking lot near 900 East on Salt Lake City's 11th Avenue, which resulted in the shooting death of one person and the injuring of at least one other.

Ellis is accused of firing more than a dozen rounds with an assault rifle during the confrontation.

Sengpaseuth and Sisouphanh are Asian street gang members wanted for investigation of robbery and aggravated assault.
