The Gallivan Center ice rink is offering ice skating lessons every Saturday morning through Feb. 24 for $10 per lesson. Private lessons are $20 per 30 minutes.
Adults beginning/intermediate lessons will be from 8:30-9 a.m. Adults advanced will be from 9-9:30 a.m. Kids 10 and up beginner lessons, with forward and backward skating required, will be from 9:45-10:15 a.m. Beginning kids 6-9 classes will be from 10:45-11:15 a.m. and kids 3-5 beginner from 11:15-11:45 a.m.
Helmets are available for toddlers. Class size is limited. Participants can sign up or just show up. Private lessons are available. Students skate free from noon-2 p.m.
