Logitech International has announced it is acquiring privately held WiLife Inc., based in Draper, for about $24 million plus a possible performance-based payment based on certain future revenue targets.

The acquisition is expected to close by mid-November, Logitech said.

A Swiss company, Logitech provides "personal peripherals" used in PC navigation, Internet communications, digital music, home-entertainment control, gaming and wireless devices.
